Lavar Scott is a South Jersey-born, rising star in the NASCAR world. We went off exit to the Dover Motor Speedway, better known as the Monster Mile, for race day. Scott races full-time in the minor leagues of NASCAR, while going to college, coming up through NASCAR’s Drive for Diversity Program.
